Comedian Kathy Griffin again stunned the audience during a late night TV interview when she stripped down to just her bra. Griffin stripped down to just her bra during a recent interview with late night TV talk show host David Letterman.

This was, however, not the first time that the funny lady did such an antic. Griffin first shocked the nation when she stripped down to her bra when she did CNN’s New Year’s Eve broadcast with Anderson Cooper.

During her interview with Letterman, Griffin recalled her co-hosting gig with Anderson. She said she was in New York City’s Times Square and stood next to a “no nudity” and “no swearing” sign. The 51 year old Griffin said that Anderson was stunned when, after a commercial ad break, she appeared on live TV wearing only a black lace bra. Griffin said that Anderson was so shocked that he said, “Are you freaking kidding me?” on live TV.

Letterman then asked Griffin how that experience was.

“Well it went well for me, I don't know about Anderson, I can't speak for him. But every year I try to up the ante because, you know, I've done it for five years now and I've been fired four years in a row,' she joked.

Griffin then said that she would do the same thing on Letterman.

“I mean, David. I'll do it right now,” she challenged.

Griffin then took off her black strapless gown and stripped down to her bra.
